Grease question
This is probably a stupid question that i should know. Is there a difference between grease or is all grease the same? Ive seen black grease, pink grease, and even clear grease. The other day I was at a friends grandpaws picking up a boat and we went to grease the bearings and all we could find was some clear grease, but there was black grease already in the bearings. It made me think what the difference was between the two and if they can mix and still be effective. I took a class on bearing design last semester but they never mentioned anything about grease. Someone please enlighten me!
