The "mighty" cummins?

New broadcast message---new 08 f650-750 cummins with manual trans... may experience the mil with dtc 242. when this happens, vehicle speed will be limited to 45 mph, with a noticeable loss of horsepower. A software update is being developed to address this concern. Now we all know this is a "different" engine than whats used in the "other guys" pickups (yeah right!). But it looks like there is concerns coming for the cummins with the new emissions requirements. Still wanna buy one?

the 6.0 runs way better then the comapart.

The little Cummins shouldn't be offered in the F-750 trucks same goes with the 6.0 both way out of their legue in a 30,000lb plus truck. Ford should be offering the ISC or the ISL in the heavier trucks.
