C Section Surgery On A 48

I was able to get a peak at a 56 that had a C sectoin with the axel above the springs, but was unable to get a good look. I liked how low it was. Whats the best way to go about this?

Hot Rod's classic truck parts out of Carlisle, OH have C-notch kits for under $60.00. Some of us here have done it. I'm not one of them, yet.
