1999 E-150 AC Blower Speed problem

1999 E-150 AC Blower Speed problem
The AC Blower (Fan) switch is no longer changing the speed of the fan. It is always on low speed no matter what position the switch is in. I have read that when the resistor pack goes out the fan is always on high but i have not seen my problem described. What is the problem? Also if it is thr resistor pack, where is it located?

I am to assume that when you say ac blower you are talking about the blower motor for the chassis ac and heat and not an aftermarket system. You are correct in thinking that this is not a commen symptom of a resister pack. Sounds like maybe a switch to me. Just FYI though the resister pack is located in the heater box. half in and half out, so the air can keep the coils cool.
