Bed Extender Mounts

I have an 07 SCREW on order. I have it ordered with a 6 1/2 ft box. I wanted the bed extender but it is only availabe on the 5 1/2 ft. I have seen original used ones on EBay but they don't have the mounting hardware. Can these items be ordered from Ford and is the install difficult.
