This question gets asked all the time. I say 32's but others will say 33's. I know that even 31's rub on the inside if you turn the wheel all the way (that's what I have). I am guessing that 33's will probably work but you will get a lot of rubbing. I had 33's all the way around on a stock 1984 2WD Chevy pickup, so I would think they would work on a Bronco. They rubbed on the front of that truck too, got kind of chewed up. That's my 2 cents on the subject.

This size should fit:32X11.50-15s. I'm going to get a set on my '90 Bronco soon. I think 33" tires will require a 2" body lift.Another good choice would be 31X10.50-15s,which(as you know) were optional on Broncos. The 32's look really cool, however. The ones I was looking to get cost about $106-$110. I thought about using 15",plain,stamped steel wheels, painted to match the truck, then fitted with a set of factory "bottlecap" hubcaps.I think it would look cool!

I have a 93 Bronco and when I purchased it, the truck had 32 inch tires on it, I really liked the way it looked but the tires rubbed on driveways when I left them. They rubbed on the front bumper and when I was out off-roading they rubbed a whole lot. Since then I have upgraded to a six inch lift and kept the 32" tires for a few months before getting 35"s. Now they rub on the fear of the fenders. Depending on what you do with the truck I wouldn't get more than 31"s

If you have the right wheel offset and your springs aren't sagged you can use 32X11.50's with no problems. I had BFG AT's on my 94 with the factory Aluminium wheels for years and never had a problem. Real aggresive mud tires may hit be a problem.
