2002 F350 7.3 , K and N intake , 5" exhaust from Summit , daily driver , highway mileage. Little to no pulling or hauling , which setting on the Hypertech 111 will give me the best overall performance , mileage etc. I have not seen any improvement on mpg on setting 1 or 3. I am running setting 2 now and am still getting 17 mpg.
I don't know that the Hypertech will give that much of a MPG boost at all. IMO, they're not a great programmer for our trucks. I would sell it and look into getting something that is more proven, like a DP-Tuner. Jody sells chips as well as programmers. www.dp-tuner.com
Mobey didn't see an increase in his mileage when he switched to the DP tuner a few tanks ago, I haven't seen an increase due to the tuner either. Other that driving style the biggest factor in mileage i have seen is ambient temps. It was almost like a swithch when lows got above 50 my mileage went up almost 1.5mpg

I drive the same route the same style every day loading was the same all the time, the only change was ambient conditions. The DP was 1 tank prior to this list.
