They came with bolts and paper gaskets that I didn't use. I bought Fel Pro steel gaskets (FEL-MS92568) and SVO locking header bolts (FMS-M-9432-A54) from Summit. The locking bolts are a PITA to put on, but much easier than going back to tighten loose ones.
i am thinking those headers are the cure for my problem. i swapped the manifolds when carbing my 89. i put on a set of manifolds from a buddy, but the y were not the same , mine had air tube holes everywhere. now i cant get the y pipe back on, the right manifold outlet is swept back farther. so i split the y pipe for duals and the right side hits the floor. hoping those headers will match the old manifolds outlet. they claim they are a bolt in. exhaust companies wont touch it cause of the removed cat. man fellas my headers were a breeze, they went right on. i did encounter that alignment problem, but just started all the bolts then cranked them down. mine came with nice fel pro gaskets, they were the summit brand, by pacesetter. they bolted right up to the y pipe, everything went fine, the truck is an 89 with a windsor.
