Based on your RPM vs. speeds listed, you've got something slipping. If your torque converter is locked (which it should be at a constant speed on a level highway), speed vs. RPM should be proportional. In other words, if you're turning 2400 RPM at 60 MPH, then at 80 MPH, you should be turning 3200 RPM.
Either your torque converter isn't locking up, or your tranny is slipping badly. Or, like someone else said, your speedo may be off due to a rear gear or tire change.

What's the code under "AXLE" on your door sticker? Those are not stock-size tires, so your speedo could be off. Any place you can check it? Some highways have markings at precisely 1/2 or 1 mile, so you could time it at 60 MPH (should take 30 seconds for 1/2 mile or 60 s for 1 mile).
