2005 Running Boards

Can anyone tell me if the tubular running boards were an option in 05 because on my 01 & 03 I had the full running boards.
And does anyone like one better than the other.

Full boards were standard, Tubes were Optional, I believe $375 Extra. I like the full ones better, I think they give better splash protection.

Just my 2 cents but ...... I think the tubes look like "generic" aftermarket steps. The full running boards look "factory". To each his own.
