Running Board repair?

Smile Running Board repair?
Does anyone know if you can repair a running board where the bracket has been bent and the running board looks warped?

Sure if you remove the bracket and bend it back straight. Are you sure the bracket is bent or is it the metal support is rusted/weak and it's flexing between the brackets?

The brackets are bent, the plastic is in good shape but the metal support is tweeked due to the brackets being bent. If i remove the brackets ii'm hoping the plastic will go back to its original shape?

Ford shows the bracket available separate too. If there still available anyways.
