Running Boards

Has anyone heard of or even tried the MAAP Platinum Lighted Running Boards? I'm thinking about buying some running boards and need to know if these are quality boards or if they are cheap. Also does anyone know the cheapest place to buy running boards.

You could go the cheaper route and get some OEM lighted running boards from a salvage yard. The mounting points are already there. Not sure on the wiring harness though.

I've been looking into this. The only place I know where to search online for these type of salvage parts is www.car-parts.com? Any other sites I should look at on this site they want $125 each.

I'm not sure if this info is somewhere on this site where I can look but I'm new to this forum. Thanks

Try your local custom shop... I got a pair of take-offs (stock) for $30
