PVR software
I'm looking for a free Personal Video Recorder software thats free. my computer has a ati tv wonder Ve card(1999-2003) in it and i just updated the software to ver9.80, and it doesn't come with a PVR function anymore. do i have the buy the new card to get my pvr back? i miss pausing tv to run to the bathroom

I would try uninstalling the software and reload it.
Why did you upgraded?
Don't forget just because it is new doesn't necessarily mean better..

tried the pvr part was left out of the new version for some reason and ati won't tell me why they just said it was left out of the new version(called tech support) even the easyshare doesn't work it keeps telling me no tv server fount while I'm trying to reset it up after the update

What was the reason for upgrading? Was there new functionality advertised or bug fixes?
Best bet would be to roll back to the older software that worked... Always a fun thing to do with an ATI card.
