Went and priced out a truck last week and with out the navigation the truck would be here in 5 weeks. Asked about ordering with the nav system and they had no clue when the truck woud be here. Anyone else running into this?
The demand for the Nav system is extremely high and they simply do not have enough.

i am in no hurry for the truck...so i am thinking to order the truck how i want it and just wait
That is the best attitude to have. I would not expect the wait to be that much longer if you ordered the nav. There are vehicle orders with the nav that are locked in to build the first week of May. So all looks good.
My son ordered a new Sport Trac right after I got the new PSD and ordered NAV- found out his build was going to be delayed at least until June so he cancelled the NAV and added the push button entry and a sunroof and I think still saved some $$. We looked at a Kenwood NAV system which will work with the steering wheel controls which looks REAL nice and is cheaper than the OEM unit...
I chose not to do the factory navigation in my new Lariat just because I think the Eclipse product is much better quality. Tomorrow they are doin the install with this years unit. If you are interested I will take some pics for you.
Not to mention the Eclipse is i-Pod ready, Bluetooth, and will work with the steering wheel controls. I also am having them install the back up camera.
