Blank Screen on Nav

Blank Screen on Nav
Hello,
Ok this has happened twice within one week. I go to put my key in the ingition and the nav screen lights up telling me good morning or good afternoon. I start up the truck and the nav screen goes blank. The radio or media is still playing but the screen is blank with the truck on. I turn off the truck and restart it and it still blank. Only after I turn off the truck and pull the key out and lock the doors will it turn back on after turning on the truck. Has anyone had this issue? Im going to keep and eye on it and take it in if it persists. Let me know.

I haven't had the same issue, but something fairly similar. Once in a while, mine will just shut off. Ill be driving along all happy and the whole "center console" just turns off. Radio, Nav, heater/AC, etc. Everything there in the middle. If I hit the "off" button on the radio/nav, the screen gets a big bright and shows that it's now turned off. When I hit the button again, it goes back to the blank screen with no power. Eventually, usually a minute or two, it comes back on. Doesn't seem to affect anything else though.
