hosemandc has that set up and he says that he really likes it. I have been eyeballing it too. I need to do the CCV mod but the idea of having my truck belch oily smoke doesn't really appeal to me.http://www.shopdiesel.com

Routing to the atmosphere is actually the least likely CCV mod to cause an oil leak. Will get a drop or two from the hose over time, possibly, from the vapors condensing.
If you route it to the rear of the truck, you can't smell it at all... unless you go back there and bend over and sniff around at the bumper.

I have it plumbed into the exhaust and it would be hard to see it. You'd have to be lying underneath the truck and the sun be just right before you even can see hints of it. So, if you are constantly in that position, you might have problems driving.
