I went 20 years and six months tequila free - the result of a very bad experience on Christmas Eve 1985. It ended last May when a couple Marines bought us some shots in a bar in Gulfport. Didn't want to hurt their feelings. Immediately following that I began what I hope is another 20 years of tequila free living.

Tequila and I have an understanding... I don't drink it, it does'nt make me toss up stuff I ate when I was a kid.

Now, bourbon... well, let's just say that bourbon and I have fairly intense negotiations on the matter pretty frequently.
