Glow Plug Module to PCM error P0683

Glow Plug Module to PCM error P0683
I have 2001 7.3 PSD and my check engin light come on intermittenly with P0683 which translates to a "Glow Plug Module to PCM error"
I can clear the code with my Auto Tap, and usually within a week or so, the problem returns.
It seems to happen most often when I start my truck at lunch time not when it is overnight cold.
I am not sure where the Glow Plug module is located to check for loose connections, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Step 1 should be to clear the code and rerun a KOEO test to make sure the P0670 does not come up.
If it is a simple P0683 only these ar the possible causes
Open diagnostic line
Diagnostic line shorted to ground or power
Faulty PCM circuit
Faulty GPCM circuit
The GPCM should be just to the left of the fuel filter housing next to the Intake air heater relay over the passenger side valve cover.
