HELP 6.0 won't start

HELP 6.0 won't start
I have a 03 F250 with early 6.0.
Just replaced broken pin on #8 injector along with the connector, also I replaced all 3 FICM connectors. Now no start.
There is power to connector #3 pin #4 7 & 27 (12.7v)
I checked ground pins # 1 2 3 22 (.5 ohm) #32 ( 1.0 ohm)
The FICM has 48.1v
I am by myself so I cant check cranking voltages. I have double checked each pin and they are in the correct location. Also code p0683 just started,
no glow plug module to PCM communication.
I am not sure where to go from here. HELP!!!!!
