Hey Preppy that place I mentioned before is still up for sale. They dropped the price 30,000. Now asking $355,000 for it. It was the place where the guy had a small engine repair. Well it is cleaned up a lot. It is on Saskhouses.com ad#6460 It has pictures of the old shop and new shop inside. They were joined together. The inside of the house is really nice. There is lots of pictures. Have a look. I know the price is high. But the prices of places around here are crazy.
Another place that had a really nice yardsetup is listed at 185,000 and is tentatively sold. The house is old.
The old home acreages are cheaper, but selling around 200,000 still.

More on the property by Delisle. It is only a 1/2 mile west of the town on a paved road. One is 80 acres and the other 2 are 26 acres. The 26 acres one border the paved road. The 80 acre one a person has to build a road to it. They all have the creek and valley going through them. The asking price is all the same. $42,500 each. Look on MLS.ca go to sask and Saskatoon area 9 and look up vacant land, you have to put a price in the price colunm and search. It will show a little map of the land.
So nice picturesk land for your liking and it would really go up in value do to location and the view it provides.

Those ones fopr 43,500 will not last long once people see how picturesesk they are. The realator should go get some pictures of the creek and valley to post. Then it would sell licky split.
