You are correct about the Hot Shot's Secret. It was designed for the HUI. I am sorry it took so long to get back to you. I was having loggin difficulties. If it is an obstruction problem there is a product from www.lubricationspecialties.com I would recommend. 400 protect-o-lube. I don't know for sure if it will do the trick but if anything would that would be it. If you want to try it email me and I will break a case and just send you one quart.

I ran the sea foam through it and no change.
I got tired of hearing it knock, so I put a new set of injectors in it and guess what the knock is still there
What do I do next?

The tips of the injectors on the passenger bank had a little carbon build up and the ports looked pretty clean. Another thing I noticed the injectors on the passenger bank were oily all the way up to the threads while the driver's side were all completely dry with just a little rust, not sure what to make of that?
I haven't checked the glow plugs, the truck starts just fine you barely have to touch the key.
Something else I should mention, on the old injectors the truck did not have a very smooth idle, but after replacing them with bosch BB code injectors it idles really smooth now.
