I'm a bit confused. This is one of the friendliest chat sites I know of. I guess we need to make sure it stays that way.

Just can't keep my mouth shut (who didn't know that?!) so I'll say it, I sometimes read comments that seem condescending or sound like the source thinks that their opinion is superior. They have not been directed at me and I am certainly not in the same position as the moderator (a good one by the way) so I have added the offenders to my ignore list and I don't have to read their venom. Thanks for a chance to offer my 2 cents

Thank you everyone for your positive comments and input, this is greatly appreciated.
I prefer loose reins.
I do spend time in reading the excellent, informative and entertaining posts lurking in the background unless I can contribute something of value. There is so much experince and knowledge here that I mainly follow along and enjoy.
We`re cleared the air and now back to regular programing.
Thank you again to everyone for taking a part and making this forum so great and enjoyable.

I always thought this was a friendly site. I don't see a lot of bickering and what not. But it is also one of the busiest sites going with lots of posts. I know that the written word is a lot different than the spoken word, as you don't have the body language to go along with it.
I also spend a lot of time reading the posts and gathering information and if something comes up that I have experience with I will share what I know.

I also love this sight and hopefully the dagger throwing will stop. Not to chang the subject but, I went on the live chat for the first time last weekend around 9:30 and was highly disapointed with it. Some of the language and subject matter was not what I thought would be on the site, maybe myspace.com or a dating service.

There were a lot of younger people on there last week that haven't been there before, it seemed to get a little rowdy, it is usually a lot more friendly. I left when they all showed up. Stop in around 8-8:30, we are usually on by that time.

The regulars from 48-60 usually start signing on to Chat around 6:00PM (PDT). The riff-raff comes in later.

I think he is referring to the SNL (Saturady Night Losers) club. I wonder if we should create a channel this week to avoid them?

Clean it up

It is difficult, as some have stated to interpret correctly what is sometimes just good natured ribbing. I have seem the "contests" between some on our site but overall I think we have a tremendous resource here; one I constantly rely on.

I hope the offenders take what has been stated here at heart, lets keep this site going so all can benefit.

Tom
