Do ya work out???

I was benching over 250 and military pressing 80lbs whenI quit. I've been on a 2 month binge but I'm going back tomorrow. That's all free-weights. Hate to tell you what I do to the machines. My shoulders are only at 30 lbs. cause they're weak, but I throw a 60lb. dumbell on my chest and do incline sit-ups. Thats all after running three mile or 1 hour on the stair-stepper. Anyone else like working out? This post is probably not gonna get any response.

My work out is year round. Between work and play, I don't have the time. H2O skiing summer time, snow mobileing winter, work work during the day, and chasing a 5yo and a 4yo. The 24oz. curls are usually on the right arm, its time to switch to the left.

Funny, I just started the 24 oz. curls on my left arm two minutes ago. Easier to type with the right and curl with the left.

I'm weak...I stick to the 12oz curls...especially after a day like today...Two of us had to backfill 180 feet of sewer line and 80 ft of water line. Our equipment can't mound the pea gravel live a shovel, and can tamp the ground like a jumping jack...We took turns, but I think we are both still vibrating!

I work out at least five to six days a week. MON, WED, FRI are free/machine weight days. TUE, THUR, SAT and/or SUN are cardio and abs are everyday.

I've lost 31 pounds since DEC and I'm loving the new me!

Yeah, when I get my butt back I do cardio which takes care of legs everyday for a warm up and I split up my days on the free-weights like shoulders, back, abs one day then chest triceps and biceps another day.
