MPG?-Dually Drivers

i have a 96 7.3 auto extracab longbed. running 315's i get 13 daily driving and around 10 towing my 24 foot carhauler. i have the 3 inch down pipe the rest is stock. i need to recalibrate the speedo. and i am sure i wil pick up a few percent with a accurate odo reading.

I get 12-13 in town. Empty.
towing a 36 foot gooseneck cargo that is 10'8 from ground to top: 8 to 10. If I'm lucky.
I have stacked edge chips, 4 inch exhaust, k+n cold air intake. You don't wanna know whats next, there goes the mileage
On a side note, will changing to 3.73 help my mileage any?

Wheatina when I repaired my up-pipe leaks my mileage jumped 2.5 mpg just by doing that. Towing stayed the same at 9.5 if I watched the speed. 8 if I didn't.
