I have a 2001 F2500 Superduty V10- Less than 60,000 on it.
Lately when driving around town I hear and "feel" a thump coming from what appears to be right under the gas petal. (it's not the same thump I hear in the HVAC system which always happens cause of the flapper)
If I speed up and then brake- i can hear and feel it-
Thoughts?? It is a 4x4
I have the clunk too. Mine is sway bar bushings. Even when tight, the Ford ones are not that good. I am going to replace them with a quality eurathane bushing and the clunk should be gone.
