Intech 32V guys.....

I've done a little more searching on here on changing the plugs and COP's on my Navi's Intech 32V. I now know the COP's are under the covers. I saw on mine and believe that I read there is a smaller little black cover on top of the main cover to get to the COP's. Is this all you have to remove to get to them and does it just pop off? Thanks for any info.

Does that little black cover just pop off with a screw driver or something? At least that's how it looks. I would like to know for sure before I get involved.
