Finally fixed the rear wiper motor problem. The shaft coming through the glass from the motor to the wiper was corroded and stuck. Product of the salt used in upstate NY. Took it apart and greased it now it works like new.
Word of caution - merely unplugging the wiper motor will not work. The motor is on a circuit containing the washerpumps front and back. Unplugging the motor disables the washer pumps.

My rear wiper motor plastic blue gear stripped and i need a replacement.
The ford stealership wants $130, Orilies wants for about $40.
I assume that the plastic gear is much less than tha, Where can i get one ???
