Changing Radio

I want to change from my factory radio to an aftermarket. Question I currently have the Nav which I hate and the DVD. Is there a way to still use the factory DVD through an aftermarket radio and my disc changer in center console?

Darn,,, No comments??? Ive attempted to do this and no solution yet. I will post if i do find one... A audio shop is looking into an adaptor for me, however I doubt he'll find one.
