Posts I have seen here on gas engines.......4.0, 5.0 said with those codes you have a vacuum leak somewhere........lines, intake, "etc".
I'm not sure on the 7.5......but I think the codes are the same for all. Hopefully someone else can tell you for sure.......
My bro-in-law's 99 explorer had those and it was the intake leaking.
