guys i/we need your help....
BEWARE of kyle greek... username (not on this board but on several others) is Tide612. NEVER do business with him!
ok so most of you who frequent this board know for a fact that i am gonna suggest a Dana 60 front axle for any sort of offroading about 99% if the time! well i am no different in person, i have been raggin on my friends about getting 60's for years and finally a few of them have seen that neither me nor kubota have busted front ends and they are always swapping axle shafts. recently (in the past 3 weeks) a good friend of mine and kubotas has been working on a deal to buy a D60. to make a long story short we need some support to help nab this guy. he has gotten away with basically stealing $1200 AND a front axle.
if you read through some of the posts you will see the story unfold, if you have a free few mintes and get to read through it please post here or there if you have any comments or suggestions as to what can be done!

i hate losers like that scum.will have to do some asking around here to see if anyone knows him .we have a mud bog on our schedule this august in his town and the rest of them not far from my house, might be one of the guys knows of him or maybe he'll show up at them

thanx a lot guys, i think we may be making headway! phone calls have started up again and we have been talking to this guy. he is a complete airhead. there are literally HUNDREDS of pages on this guy messing people over time and time again. wish i had known this before hand! we are trying to use the FULL extent of the law regardless if he hands over the money/sends the axle! this guy is a tool and needs to be weeded from the gene pool!

i had pretty much the exact same thing happen except it was 2500 dollars and the law wouldnt help me. the cops said well we cant really do anything about it and he lives in las vegas and i live in wisconsin or i would go beat some sense into him. Sorry about the luck but hope you get him.
