Hot Sauce

Does anyone here have a favorite hot sauce? I just looked at my fridge and i have 17 different varieties of hot sauce, all used for different applications. Anyone have an opinion on the best hot sauce?

Tabasco has a new chipotle flavor hot sauce. Not as hot as regular Tabasco, but a great smoky flavor!

I like Frank's Red Hot Sauce. But with a name like "Buttburner" I might just look for that.

I personally think Franks Red Hot is the best too. I probably use it the most. I think it has the best flavor, it's not very hot which is the only thing i don't like about it though.

I like Tabasco regular, or Trappey's Red Devil. I put hot sauce on pretty much everything. I even carry a bottle of it in my truck. Good stuff...

I make my own wing sauce, starting with Franks hot sauce. When i locate the recipe with the exact measures. I will post it. The best thing about this sauce is, the longer it sits the hotter it gets. I normally make one big batch and fill salad dressing bottles to pass out to family and friends.
Now what did I do with that recipe???
Cmon Frank focus.
I know!!!
Nope not there.
Ahhh crap I need a beer.
Guess I'm not going to find it today.
Maybe tomorrow if I start looking real early.
Ok all you SNL club members. Where would you put a treasure trove of taste bud exploding wing sauce directions?
No I already looked there.

Frank's hot sauce is the only hot sauce to use as a base for wings.

I love and use religiously. I can not type the name it out due to the under 18 crowd.
http://www.firegirl.com/hs1172hf.html.
Reasons why I love it is because I personally have seen a couple people who say they can dink red hot like water. They actually were gasping for air and in tears. I love the heat and flavor. My 12 year old son uses it and loves it.

I have been told many times, that I should patent my recipe. I think not.
When I make it I use a dash of this and a palm of that. One time while i was making it, my bro inlaw copied it all down to rough estimates. I will call him this week. He don't drink anymore, so he must know where the recipe is.
Alright we are getting somewhere. I hope I can find his phone # hehe.
