ok and anotehr thing i have to say wich i forgot was awsome job liek everyone else. and ur truck would look so cool i it was a flat blakc or a really low gloss if you were getting it done professionally, if you didn't ahve a tauno id say get schrome box edge covers and chrome box rails and a tool box and that would be a perfect lookin 4x4/mud machine!
yes, its an 88. The 87-91 are different front ends from the 92-96/7. The newer styles have the crumple zone in the front. you'd just have to make something up as you go along. Also, the front clip is a little different shape. visually, I can see the length from the front to the wheel well is shorter on the 92-96's... it c be done, just get a bunch of cardboard and make the patterns accordingly.
I am currently trying a rustoleum roll on paint job on my hood and visor. It is looking alright. a few more coats and i should be able to wetsand and buff it to a glass finish. I currently plan on doing black on top, and red down the sides. I have herculiner on the rocker panels so it will be two tone..
