rear drive shaft
I need to sell my truck! but there was this clicking and i took it to my machnic he said it was my transmission. I just figured out what he ment its my rear drive shaft. I had a book and my boyfriend is helping me but i was thinking somone might be able to help me. Is this going to be my clicking sound? How can i be sure it is realy broke? Pleas eplease please help!

Sorry, need more input. If you broke a yoke you should either have a) a d/s flinging around uncontrollably, eventually putting a hole in your floor, or b) a d/s dragging on the ground, still flinging around and probably eventually getting ripped off the truck. Neither is likely to involve a clicking, but rather lots of crashing, clunking, banging and cursing (from you).
