I posted a while back about a rear drive shaft. Here is a question for hopefully someone can answer for me. My Truck is a 1979 F250 Low boy 4x4 my rear drive shaft broke at the splines that go into slip part of the shaft. Is there any other drive shafts from newer trucks that might fit I could get from a local junk yard? They recently in the last few years got rid of their collection of 73-79's. Thank you in advance for any help.
I have 1/2 a pallet of spares front and rear, I buy sets from my local JY when ever I make a lap. They still have 100's of 60's to 80's trucks, yea lucky me.
