Live2hunt - it may be in my head but my bronco runs better, smoother and has more power after a can of BG 44K I also had the service where they flush the injectors. After the service and running the can through the gas it passed emmissions where it failed before. The only other product I have had any luck with is Chevrons Techron where I ran it straight through the injectors. BG runs about $20 and Techron concentrate is about $9 - like I said it may be in my head but both seemed to work for me.

I like the techron but my personal choice is the lucas inj. cleaner. I can buy a quart of lucas for under $10 and use it on more than one vehicle.
This topic is kinda like asking about oil, it's all a personal prference. Just try something with a garauntee and find the one you like. I personnally wouldn't pay more than $20 a bottle for any of 'em.
One method is to find the MSDS for a given product, and it will generally list the ingredients. An example might be "lighter fluid" - it runs about 60 or 70 bucks a gallon on a per unit basis from well known vendors, but is much more reasonably priced in other products.
I am not too keen on techron. Didn't see the results I was looking for. I like lucas and if your really need a cleaning than it has to be sea foam. Two best cleaners on the market, besides the royal purple stuff, which is way overpriced.
I wanted to thank you guys for the ionformation on this. I wnet out and got a thing of the lucas brand and three days later I already notice a huge difference. And it was only $10. How often should i use it?
