Made Bilstien steering dampener
Bent my steering dampener again, I was tired of giving 39 bucks a piece for them so I built one. I had an old stock rear bilstien shock off of mom's trailblazer and after about 10 min of grinding the ears off had a replacment. The body is a little longer but the over all length is the same. Works pretty good so far no binding and no pulling but this shock had about 70 grand on it. ReAx put the idea in my head when he found one that would work so if you know anybody that has a old set you can fab one up in little time for a cheap replacment.
