Rear Entertainment System


I recently purchased my 2003 F150 Supercrew with the rear entertainment system. I have read the instructions, but whenever I press the button to switch the audio to headphones the video cuts off. How can I get it to play the movie through the head phones so that my wife and I can listen to the radio?

I am having to listen to movies whenever we go anywhere!!
