Headrest video question

Headrest video question
I have my eye on the Audiovox headrest videos for driver and pass and was wondering if anyone has tied this system to the nav. I have lockpick, so I can play a movie while driving and would be nice to have the 2 rear on the same movie. I believe system has a video in, so all I need is a video out right? Any experience here?

The headrest DVD units are meant to be stand alone systems. I'd prefer a main with a second screen option.
I'm going to follow along here...just in case it does work. I have a 2012 SD F250 Lariat on order...and want to do the same thing.
Here is a pic of the back of the NAV unit...hope this helps...
