HELP What is the PFE or EVP? Trouble Code HELP?

HELP What is the PFE or EVP? Trouble Code HELP?
So my check engine light came on and I scanned the codes with my reader and I came up with
31 c PFE or EVP circiut has intermittenly failed below minimum voltage of 0.24
32 c EVP circiut has intermittenly failed below minimum voltage of 0.24
33 c EGR Valve opening not detected.
My Question is what is the PFE or EPV and ultimately how do I fix the code 31c and 32c problem.
