IT depends.....
Cheapest way to lock anything is to weld.
Then a mini spool, spool, or if you want a actual locker, a lunch box locker will be the cheapest.
I think the best locker in that class would be the Aussie Locker.
It is just like the lock right locker, but it's cheaper, stronger, and quieter.
