i know i have some air issues but once i get it started(after alot of fightin it) it will only run for 20-30 sece then dies and is a bear to get started again
so my fix is as " simple" as finding the air leak and fixing that??
ive been considering putting compressed air in fuel tank to try and locate air leak..will this cause me any problems as long as i keeep pressure below 15-20 psi??
I'd think that 15-20 psi would be more than enough to damage your lift pump. I would disconnect the lines and plug the ends then try the compressed air.
Do you know the condition of your return lines or how old the o-rings on the filter assembly are? There are o-rings also in the plastic caps on top of each injector. If any of those are not air-tight, the fuel will bleed back out of the system.
