Leveling kit help

trying to put the tough country leveling kit on 05 and can't get the strut tocompress. took it to dealer and they couldn't on their machine either. i'm clueless and so are they. the truck drives fine though. any help or ideas why this is doing like it is doing?

That sounds odd though. Didn't have any problems installing my leveling kit, myself. Sorry I can't offer a suggestion.

does this kit go on top of the strut assembly or do you have to compress the spring. I am just confused because you said compress the strut.

sorry, goes on top, fits on top of spring at top of strut.
