CEL again

I did the po171 and po174 problem fix, with the gaskets and stuff. Van ran great till now and that was over a month ago. Now I get po174 and po181 (system too lean [bank2] and fuel temperature sensor A circuit range/Performance). What in the heck does this mean? This van 1999 windstar is starting to get on my nerves. Please help.

Um guys......guys You there? Does anybody know what those codes mean? I know I said the van was a '99 windstar but forgot to mention it has a 3.8L in it. Does this help?

Possibly the sensor is going bad, but first check its performance range, ohms, leaks, ect. If you don't have a manual, might need to get one for this.
