hey i have a 70 ford f100 shortbed automatic, im having problems finding the center yoke for my truck. i have a 2 piece driveshaft i need the yoke in the center where both connect. does anyone know where i could find it. Thanks
save your self a bunch of headaches and have a 1piece shaft built.unless your going for 100% origanal a 2 piece shaft is not needed on any 2door long or short bed
Any driveshaft shop should have everything necessary to build any driveshaft.
Where I live we have a shop that I've been dealing with for years that will make shafts from steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.
Why on earth are you using a 2 pc shaft On A SWB Truck?
I agree with Bobby you can get whatever you want Fabbed at any decent Shaft shop, BUT, With a SWB truck a single shaft set up is the sensible way to go. IMHO atleast
um I have a long bed and it has two i nocticed the otherday where the 2 go together at that the rubber or whatever looks cracked and all, i was wondering if I could replace that or needed a new mount or what.

This part is known as the Driveshaft Center Support. They are available from parts houses and Ford dealers. The d/s center support used on 1969 F100's were used on other models for many yrs and will be easy to find. The entire support is usually sold as an assembly because, in addition to the rubber and metal supports you see, there's a bearing and baffles there also.
