Trans Temp Gauge Install
I have a new Auto Meter tarns temp to install.
i have the temp sending unit and the gauge but it did nto coem with any wires other than the light bulb wires.
Do i just use a electical wire or was it supposed to come with one? Also there are a lot of prongs on the back of the gauge that looks liek there shoudl be somethign plugged into it.

Should be two wires for the lighting, white and black, then on the back of the gauge, there are three prongs, with S, I, G by them. They are Signal (goes to the tranny port where the sender is installed), Ignition (keyed on hot power source), and ground (you can run the lighting and the ground for this common)
Use 18g wire for all these connections, with good splices and shrink wrap.
