Finally made the swap! Traded my 04 F250 V10 2WD Crew Cab Lariat with 35000 miles for a 03 F250 7.3 PSD 4WD Crew Cab Lariat with 50,000 miles.

I put a couple hundred miles on it this weekend and love the diesel and all that goes with it.

Welcome to the family. If you keep reading this site it will save you alot of money on repairs but you will spend more on mods cause everytime you do a mod you will love it and want more.

 

Wife wanted a excursion from a dealer for the family, but it had a V10. She compared my 7.3 to it and drive it only for a block and took it back to the dealer. She was not impressed with it. She wants one with the 7.3 in it. So welcome to the family and you will never regret it!

Thanks guys. I am fairly good at doing my own repairs with gas engines but have a lot to learn about diesels.

I can tell you that I knew nothing about diesels but reading and asking all types of question, I feel that I can do anything and if I can not figure it out, well I have access to enough knowledge on this forum to get it done.!!
