how to remove the doghouse on a E350
My '94 is probably the same cover, 2 clips, 2 bolts. Maybe the rubber has sealed itself to the housing opening. Maybe you'll probably have to pry it loose in a corner to break the seal.

how to remove the doghouse on a E350
Dogtoy,
You have to remove the "instrument panel steering column cover" a plastic "skirt" below the steering column. Right in front of your knees while your sitting in the drivers seat. Pull it down and to te left. It will come right off. Then release the four latches and lift the "doghouse" straight up.
