Fault Code P1211

I was coming home tonight when I realized that I was on a long stretch of straight rode and that there was lights in sight. I figured that I would get on her alittle bit since I have never really had an opertunity to do so.
I got up to about 85-90 when I realized that the SES light came on. I wasnt paying to much attention to all my gauges at the time (watching the road of coarse), so Im not sure what the boost or rpms were running. I just figured it was the over boost fault though because the truck was running fine. For the next 20miles the truck ran fine (took some stupid kids in focus too ). I checked when I got home though and found P1211 inject control pressure above/below desired. This was also the only code.
Is this something that I need to worry about? I cleared the code and will drive it some more tomarrow.

I should probably mention that I was running the 100hp on my evo.

It's an excuse to get Big Oil, if you can turn that problem into a PMS-fix. But all of us guys with hot chips have this code come up every now and then when we get on the loud pedal.

It wont be a "problem" but you will not see the full benefit of the higher tunes. What that code means is the ICP is seeing lower or higher (typically lower when coupled with a tuner) than expected Oil Pressure in the injection control system.

First off SES light stands for= Spend Emergency $ Soon

Was searching for the cuase of my 1211 code I pulled today.

For the first time ever I had to lay into the pedal yesterday getting onto the highway becuase of some drivers not knowing how to drive during rush hour. Any way, left huge plume of smoke (black of course) and merged into traffic just fine. I never did get full throttle out her becuase of how fast you have to shift. (Its a stick thing). I can only imagine having an auto with a built trans and being able to sit back and floor the freakin thing. That would be cool.

Here's the thing, I've never let the beast out of the truck like that before, so I pulled codes last night to see if anything came up. Got a P1211. Read the above statements and all looks good. Just the tuner doin what I paid for it to do.

BTW, I was only in 60 tow, I love this tune over the 80 econo because the throttle isnt as touchy in the begining but as soon as you lay into it it is as fast as the 80 econo.

I have gotten it when towing a trailer and going up a hill but otherwise, not really. However, that soon will be fixed.
