Horn doesn't work on '94 Bronco

my 88 is the same way. I found if i pushed the horn and moved the steering colum up and down it would work. the contact inside the colum might be all gunt up. but thats were i would look, not sure how hard it would be to take apart. good luck

From Ford's 1990 Bronco/F150-F350/F-Super Duty Electrical & Vacuum Trouble-Shooting Manual:

1. Check fuse.
2. Remove fuse and connect meter across fuse contacts. If meter reads battery voltage when horn switch is pushed, switch is good.
3. Attach a jumper between the battery and horn connector and another jumper between the horn bracket and ground (do this step for both right and left horns). If horn doesn't sound, turn adjusting screw 1/4 to 3/8 turn, then secure. If horn does not sound, replace horn.
4. Ground horn relay 1 (DB) wire. If horn doesn't sound, check relay (it's behind the instrument panel near the hazard flasher).

If you don't have one of these manuals for your truck, I strongly recommend getting one. You can usually find them on eBay (that's where I got mine).

If the horn doesn't work AND the airbag light flashes a 3 - 2 sequence AND the cruise controls don't work, then the problem is probably the "clock spring". That's the connector in the steering column that allows you to have buttons on the steering wheel and still turn the wheel!

If that is the problem, it's about a $100 part or a $300 repair at the dealer.

If you guys have Cruise control, the horn wiring gets switched around through the Turn-signal harness.
There should be a Horn relay behind the instrument cluster.
