98 Explorer horn

My horn doesn't work. I've replaced my fuses and horn relay and still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Do you hear the relay click when you press the horn button? If not is the cruise control working?

Horn & cruise are wired thru a clockspring.

My cruise control works and my airbag light comes on when I start the vehicle. I do not hear a click when I press the horn. Any other suggestions?

The RAP module is what blasts the horn if someone tries to steal the truck & it splices between the horn switch & the relay.

Try this: open the hood & hold down the alarm button, lock it with your remote to set the alarm & release the button, does the horn honk when you release the button?

If it does, you probably have a bad horn switch in the steering wheel.
